Monster Mash event
Respawnables Halloween returns in the form of this unique event. The event pits you against everyone else in a huge Halloween brawl, where you will be required to use certain gear to beat other players and progress through the event. The event introduced three new bundles and four new weapons, one of which being the new Dual Stake Launcher. The event also saw the return of the normal Stake Launcher, which was available in the 2013 Halloween update.
Prizes & Requirements

The event is one of the more complex ones introduced to the game that will seem confusing to begin with, but after you get used to it it'll become fairly simple to understand.

Tagged items
This will list which items are part of Monster and Warlock tags. Note that many of these parts are simply renamed versions of parts of the Bio Hazard and Vampire Hunter bundles, so if you previously purchased them, you will be able to use them in this event.

Tips and tricks
- Pay close attention to the item you must wear. The last thing you want is to complete a hard tier and find you weren't wearing the right things.
- Make sure you use your grenades wisely, particularly the Explosive Candies for Tier 14. Look at what they're wearing and make sure that you'll get a point for beating them. You don't want to waste these beating enemies you don't benefit from!
- If you buy a pack, make sure it's the Shadow Hunter Pack! It's much better then the Warlock and Monster gear with boosts of 60% instead of 40%.
- Know your limits. Don't waste grenades on a match with one minute left, because the chances are you won't be able to pass in the small amount of time.
- Learn how the grenades work. Know that they both have three second timers, learn how bouncy the candies are, see how much damage they're able to do and determine if you need to weaken them first.
- Don't waste your time constantly leaving and rejoining rooms to find a different match. Because of the way the Respawnables matchmaking systems work, it'll give you the same match over and over again until there is a significant change in the players there. If your group is insufficient due to a lack of the right monsters, just wait for different players or take a break for some time and come back later.
This event was extended by a week by "popular demand" on November 3, 2014, a day before it was originally supposed to end.
