Mexican Fiesta
Digital Legends kept Respawnables going with a new event starting almost immediately after the last. The new event, Mexican Fiesta, may just end up being one of the most difficult and time consuming events ever to take place in the game. The event's structure is reminiscent of the Monster Mash event, with tagged weapons or items being the core of the event. However, this time, instead of monsters and warlocks, the only tagged category is "MX", which is assumed to be an abbreviation of Mexico. Several of the event's tiers require players to equip MX tagged items or weapons and complete certain missions with them, whilst others require you to equip one weapon from a special selection of different weapons. A small guide to the tagged items:
- MX tagged weapons are the Armed Guitar Case, Freedom Revolver, Dual Freedom Revolvers and Rocket Guitar Case.
- MX tagged items are the Black Charro Mask, Black Charro Jacket, Black Charro Pants, Tecnico Wrestler Mask, Rudo Wrestler Mask, Veteran Tecnico Mask, Veteran Rudo Mask and the Mexico soccer t-shirt.

Tips & Tricks
Unless you're a newbie, you should have no problem passing tier 1 and managing an average position of 4th. Some matches don't even include four players in them in the first place, so if you end up in a match like this, this tier will be a breeze. Tier 2 is equally as easy; just equip your Tier 1 prize and play as you normally would. Note that you can only earn one point per match in this tier, so the least amount of matches you'll play is three. Tier 3 is where things get interesting. Unless you've got money to blow on Respawnables, you'll have to equip the newbie weapon Heavy Machine Gun, which will be very difficult to compete with in a match of experienced players who've moved on to a different tier. It still shouldn't take long though, considering that it's only 50 cumulative kills you have to get. This tier's prize is the new Freedom Revolver, a very capable weapon when paired with the Black Charro Mask (premium item unfortunately). Tier 4 is another tier where you just have to kill enemies. Since this is an easy tier, have some fun with it and try out your new revolver weapon! You can do the same in tier 5, which is also a very easy tier. Some players have reported tier 5 as difficult - if that's you, I'm sorry, but the chances that you'll pass this event are minuscule if you can't beat up on some newbie Missions bots.
Tier 6 is where the "easy tier" business stops. In the new Respawnables multiplayer game, infested with overpowered MX weapons, Battle Ram and Minigun, you're certainly going to have problems managing a high position unless you can catch a game with some newbies in it. Dual Freedom Revolvers are by far the best option here. If you purchased the Black Charro Gear, this tier will be much less difficult. Dual Revolvers don't have the same power and range, and Freedom Revolver is too weak without the Black Charro Head (which, if you own, you should be using Dual Freedom Revolvers anyway). Dual Pistols are too underwhelming to manage a high position in any match with level 50 players. In terms of general gameplay tips, gadgets are key to beating this event. Spotter is the most cost effective, Medikit is the cheapest and Immunity Shield or Stealth are the best if you have some Gold to spend. Stun Grenades are also options, but they can be quite unreliable and you could even end up stunning yourself!
If you found tier 6 difficult, unfortunately you won't find tier 7 very much easier. Once again, you'll have to earn first place in ten Free For All matches. However, this time you'll be able to use any weapon you like if you use an MX item, so grab an overpowered weapon and try your hardest. Tier 8 could be very difficult or just time consuming depending on your options. If you have Armed Guitar Case, there's a good chance you'll manage 15 kills in all ten matches, saving you lots of frustration. If Siege Cannon is your best option, this one might be difficult to pass, but you should get there if you're patient. If all you have is Heavy Machine Gun, good luck.
Tier 9 is a difficult tier. It's problematic if there's no MX players in your match, because none of your kills count. It's also problematic if your match is full of them, because all the armours are overpowered! For this one, the easiest option is giving in and paying money to pass the tier. Otherwise, your best non-premium weapon options are Minugun and Thumper. If you don't have these, this tier could end up being very frustrating, like many of the tiers in this event. Tier 10, however, could be seen as a break from all the frustration of this event. 25 long range kills shouldn't be difficult at all, the weapons allowed are all very capable of long range kills. In tier 11, however, you're back to the frustrating and time consuming tiers. 20 wins in Team Vs. will take forever. If you win half the Team Vs. games you play, you can expect to pass this tier in three hours. It's possible to go faster than this, but due to Respawnables' flawed Team Vs. mechanics, it's improbable that you'll spend any shorter than two hours on this tier.
Tier 12 is one of the most difficult tiers in the event. It's basically Tier 9, except even harder than before. Fortunately, though, you'll only need to do it four time this time, so hopefully it'll be less frustrating to complete than tier 9. If you're having trouble getting five kills in a row, try using Immunity Shields or Stealth (preferably with the Cyber Ninja Breastplate). While it is a "cheap" way out, it's one of the most effective. Tier 13 is an easy tier compared to some of the rest. If you've gotten this far, you should be able to pick up the hundred kills with ease. Unfortunately, the same can't be said about tier 14, which is arguably the hardest tier in the event. 10-streaks are hard enough to get on their own, let alone with a weapon limitation. Doing this five times could be a real challenge. As usual, Immunity Shields and Stealth are the easiest way to beat this if you don't want to spend any money. Tier 15, the last tier of the event, is appropriately one of the hardest. 25 kills will be easy with the premium weapons, but with just the Freedom Revolver, you may very well get stuck on the last tier of the event. If this applies to you, be patient and trying to find some matches with newbies. If your match is too difficult, close our of Respawanbles and go back in to see if you get a new one. If all else fails, you can just take a break from this difficult event and come back later to see if things are any easier.
If you managed to beat this gruelling event - especially without spending money - congratulations, and enjoy your new rocket launcher.
